Pictures taken for the 4.5 month mark with flash (accident.)
In addition to this denim contest, I was also taking part in the "How Many Times Can You Leave A Digital Camera In The Rain?" contest. I ended up losing, with only one overnight session of rainfall. The camera used to take pictures up to this point was involved in a double whammy; locked in the car overnight with a window unintentionally cracked, and lots of rain. The new camera is the budget photographer's special; quality could be better, but satisfies my needs. Digital cameras are cheap these days, but not that cheap.
The tally so far: one soak, one wash, air dry.
The deep light blue color which was apparent in the first couple of months began to give way to a whiter, more faded color in the weft, yet still very blue. As a result of the washing process, the entirety of the denim took on a deeper blue color as opposed to the dark navy blue of old.
